Dr. Higgins has a calm presence that I find reassuring.

Dr Aileen Higgins is the worst travesty of a doctor I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. She has no concern for her patient's well being and prescribes unnecessary and unpleasant meds at inhumane doses. I pity you if she is your doctor and can only hope that someday somebody sues the living daylights out of her.
