Can’t walk in the door unless your tested for Covid when you nor your child are sick! Kickbacks?

Extremely rude staff... Don't bring your children here. Called and cancelled appointments then had the nerve to say we were lying when it didn't get entered into their system by their staff and proceeded to try to charge for a missed appointment. The office manager is a family member that obviously has no experience or business running an office and is extremely rude.

Horrible office policies, difficult to make appts, front office nasty and not helpful, MD ok but needs to do a better job running her office and making it family friendly. Office needs to remember they are providing a service to patients, not doing them a favor.

I have taken my 3 children to Dr. Mackoul for 5 years now. Well visits are very thorough with plenty of time for asking the doctor questions. The nurses get to know the children and are very friendly. When my children have been sick I have never had difficulty getting them in THAT DAY for a visit. She has a great manner with the children and they all really like her as a doctor. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor for their children. :)
