Absolutely a fantastic Physician. Helps not only physically, but mentally as well. Best Doctor I've ever had. His ability to blend realism with medical science puts him in a category of his own. His smile and personality puts one at ease right away. However, his good morning-afternoon- evening entry into the room needs a little work lol. He never seems to know the time of day
haha. That tells me that the time of day, according to him, isn't relevant. Refreshing

Dr. Chao has been my family doctor for more than 20 years. He is patient and caring. I found him always willing to listen and ready to offer suggestions when it came to using regular or natural medication. He never appears to be in a rush to complete the appointment and promptly refers me to specialist when needed. I always get reminders from his office for recurring tests to be done yearly or even ones spread out over a longer period.

Not a very helpful Doctor. I have known him for 20 years, but just stayed with him. He works on his assumptions and suppositions, rather than on facts e.g XRay, CT Scan. He will not send you for either of these unless you insist; as he is is paying from his own pocket. He is rude on the phone. Not willing to listen to you. Would not not recommend him.

Amazing Doctor . Have been going to him for over 17 years . I have travelled on a working visa to US and tried a few doctors here . No comparison at all .

Amazing doctor but get ready to sit for at least an hour in waiting room even with an appointment. The appointment system is a mess and he’s always behind. Has been like this since I’ve been coming here.
