Dr. Tim is not a very nice dentist and does not have your best interest at heart. He is very arrogant and came in accusing me of researching on the internet, when I took my child to to the referral he sent to me and made a decision based on their advice, because he felt differently. I went back to the specialist who assured us that we didn't make the wrong decision. He didn't even take the time to hear why we made the decision we did and went right to assumptions. I truly felt attacked for following the instructions provided to me. To add, he's always rushed and never really takes the time with his patients. I also definitely felt like the office is biased and treats patients differently.

This is by far the best dentist and the best dental office I have ever been to. My son has Autism and an immune system disorder and they are all fantastic with him. I am a terrible dental patient and they make it so much easier. I can't say enough good things about Dr Tim Chai.

Dr Chai and his team are changing the entire experience of going to the dentist. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist but not anymore and not at Apple Tree Dentistry. The whole staff at this office is kind, professional and caring. Anyone of the staff can answer any of my questions. The office is clean and beautiful, they play great music and all of my kids love going. Thanks to Dr Chai and Incredible team.

My family have been patients of Dr. Tim for years! Our son can be quite anxious when he is visiting the office but Dr. Tim and his staff always put him at ease. They are gentle and friendly yet firm enough to let our guy know that stuff needs to get done! We never feel like we are pressured into unnecessary dental work but when work does need to be done, we are always educated as to why and what will happen every step of the way. I would highly recommend Dr. Tim and his staff!

Dr Tim is awesome! His staff are also awesome!!!! I have been seeing him in Newcastle for a couple of years.....he is so friendly and makes you feel so relaxed. He welcomes any questions. The office is very nice and relaxing. I just had 2 fillings today. He was so gentle and quick. I would not have a problem with him doing anything in the future. Super dentist!!!! Highly recommend him! Also, cannot say enough about his staff.....they are all so friendly and upbeat.....Great!!!!

We have been going here for about 11 years or so. Dr. Tim is so amazing with our kids. I remember my sons first filling and how much he made him feel at ease and even called that evening and personally talked with him to see how he was. You don’t get much more caring than that! I have sent several friends since there with their young kids who were scared of going to the dentist and everyone feels the same Dr. Tim is the greatest! We also love dealing with Angela at the front desk! She makes you feel like a friend vs. just another patient coming in.

Everyone from reception staff, hygienists to Dentists......Dr. Tim and his partners are excellent. I have been going for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. I am always nervous before getting fillings but the staff are amazing and always put me at ease.

Rip off. Fillings fall out by Dr.Chai. Still confused what he did to my teeth. He should explain it himself instead of staff.
