Hands down the BEST dentist we have ever been to. The staff are great and the office is very welcoming. Everyone is aware of what they can do to make a visit less stressful for both children and adults.

I have never been happier! Dr Tim is an amazing dentist! He has been sooo patient with my daughters. I have seen a fair number of dentists in my time and Dr Tim is by far the best :) Dr Tim and his staff are the best!

I have been a patient in this practice for a few years now. I feel like Dr. Chai has really changed. He used to take his time with me and my children. However, he has become increasingly more rushed and I feel that he lacks attention to detail. The office staff is at least very friendly and they haven't stopped caring.

This is the first time that I have met Dr Tim. He replaced a filling that had fallen out, from a previous dentist. He is awesome!!!!! Great personality, knowledge and completely puts you at ease. I will now finally look forward to going to the dentist.......if the need arises.
Can't say enough good about him and his staff......you can tell that everyone enjoys working in this dental office.

Dr. Tim is absolutely wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, caring, & professional. How many dentists take the time to personally call you that evening after a procedure to ensure that you are doing well? Dr. Tim was the first. I have been a patient of Dr. Tim's since he opened the Bowmanville location and I have seen staff come and go. I do find that the staff he now has, with the exception of Angela, aren't as genuine and I have overheard staff along with Dr. Sahar talking about patients. This I find to be quite unprofessional. If you are going to be rude perhaps save it for the lunchroom. Dr. Tim takes great pride in his practice and works extremely hard and he shouldn't have to worry about staff that don't have his best interest at heart. He seems to be an excellent employer. Have his back people!! Obviously the excellent marks are for Dr. Tim and Angela.

I've just recently started going to Tim for dental care and I have to say he's officially my favourite dentist. If I've ever had a happy experience going to the dentist it would be with Tim and his fabulous staff and nurses.

They are very gentle and considerate and they explain everything to you beforehand and allow you to ask any questions before they start. Such nice people who show that they care about making your experience as pleasant and painless as possible.

Dr. Tim and his staff are the best! They are always able to squeeze us in when needed. Angela is super friendly on the phone (and will offer words of encouragement when needed!). My son is very nervous when it comes to dental work but Dr. Tim and his team are able to work with him and get the job done! The most recent filling my son had done was awesome - they were able to keep my son calm and get the job done quickly. Dr. Tim presents the pros and cons of every procedure in a manner that is easy to understand and does it with such a friendly and fun attitude. When we visit the office, we feel like we are coming in to see friends. It is such a relaxed and fun atmosphere that it is hard to stay nervous!

Had pain after my fillings at apple"free". Very disappointed with 4 fillings done in less than 30 minutes. Seriously? Went back to my previous dentist and am happier. I guess I'm the one paying for the free movies and events they sponser.
