I was in a auto accident on oct 27 2009 with serious back and neck injuries. Now i still have continuous pain and the specialists he has sent me to have refused to see me he all of a sudden says he doesn't deal with pain management, so I am trying to figure this out so I call to ask what I should do and he tells me if I'm in pain I should go to the emergency room, and of course incur another large bill for my visit. What kind of doctor refuses to treat someone who is truly in pain everyday. I wish there was some way to try before you buy when it comes to doctors because this one is a joke.

My father is 58 yrs. old and has been diagnosed with A.L.S. When we asked his PCP to fill out the forms for FMLA because of the muscle degeneration and weakness of my father's limbs is making it painful and unable to work, they kept telling us that "It's on the doctors desk". Now, my father just received a letter stating that his PCP no longer will be my father's physician. When I spoke to the office about it, I was told it was because he didn't want anything to do with the FMLA part. Where can I go to report this provider? I am absolutely outraged that a DOCTOR would EVER treat a patient like this...a patient that is slowly dying saying that he basically doesn't feel like getting into it!
