I see Dr Niemczyk at the Show Low/White Mountains location (not Glendale). He's caring, efficient, knowledgeable, and interested in doing what's best for his patients (rather than his pocketbook or what's trendy etc). This may seem like a minor thing (it's not to me!), but I appreciate that this office uses wipes and hand sanitizers that are fragrance-free rather than the usual highly-scented products that give me migraines and rashes. He does not accept insurance at this office, only cash or checks, but I don't have insurance anyway. (I have not yet received a bill so can't answer "Amount paid.")

Great service and office.Walked in and out within an hour. Doctor explained everything thoroughly very nice and friendly.

I thought this doctor's office was quite neat and welcoming. They did tell me it was a new office with a new staff. The nurse and office manager greeted me when I came in and helped me right away. After filling out my info I did wait 20 or so minutes which wasn't bad compared to other offices.. The doctor was knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. I thought overall a great doctor visit.

It took 45 minutes for the staff to look up at me. They I needed to fill out new patient info and of course that took time that could have been done earlier. The Dr. Assistant did not know how to take a proper blood pressure. The office was out of everything, urine cups, etc. The office was about as unorganized as I have ever seen. The clincher...I called to get info and to have them fax the ordered CT scan, and after 2 calls and a week later, they still never called me back. I'm never going to step into this office again. If the are so unorganized and unable to perform the simplest of tasks, how the hell am I suppose to have convidence in them performing something as important as medical tests.
