I have been seeing Gail since I was 15. She got me stable and helped protect me from my abusive mother and make sure I was always able to get my medications. Her staff has always been kind to me, and she has always gotten back to my calls and questions as soon as she can. I probably wouldnt be alive if it wasn't for her.

I've seen Gail Ziv since I was a child, and she has always been fully transparent with me. She carefully explained before and after any prescription I've been given.

I'm a drug resistant patient. I tend to have adverse reactions to most medications, as a result, I've been prescribed dozens of individual medications. She was patient with me all the way through, and she didn't disrespect my knowledge/lack thereof. If I had a question she would go into detail about an answer. If I asked her about a drug currently in trial, she would explain to me how it could or could not help me. She goes to great lengths to keep up to date with modern psychiatric care.

I've had many bad experiences with just about every doctor I've ever seen. Gail Ziv is the only medical professional who I trust not to make any mistakes.

I will admit, her appointment times almost always run late. In my opinion, it's worth the wait for the care you will recieve. It can be frustrating, but It's a reflection of how much effort she puts into each patient, and not a reflection of her skill.

I have been dealing with depression, ADD and other issues for more than twenty years. With great success. In that time I have never met a psychiatric provider with more knowledge and skill than Gail. In addition, her friendly demeanor makes it easy to work with her. She has helped me tremendously - her approach is very thorough, and she takes the time to listen to my questions. I have only had to wait on a couple of occasions, conversely, when I have been late a couple of times, she has always accommodated me. I tend to be skeptical of reviews that provide ratings that are in the extreme, but in this case, it is definitely warranted. I would highlyrecommend Gail Ziv.

I have noticed since the staff has changed and for the better, that Gail runs more on time and phones are answered. I also like the fact that calls are returned same day, if I have to leave a message. I understand that Gail may run late because she gives her full attention to her patients and wants to take of their needs, instead of rushing them out the door. If she prescribes meds for my daughter she takes her off the ones that don't work for her. She doesn't over medicate. I'm sorry for long review but those who they are over medicated it's because you don't pay attention to what is going on and don't understand the human body reacts differently to meds. A cocktail is maybe what your body needs. I love Gail and I am grateful for attention she gives ALL her patients. I would wait an hour if I had too. At least this way I know she is providing the help the person a head of me needed.

Gail is not only knowledgeable but very caring and makes me feel comfortable. Unlike other doctors I have seen who are very cold with dry personalities. I have been going to Gail for years and I know she has my best interest at heart. I highly recommend going to Gail! Also, the front office is much more prompt than who she had working there before. They return my calls right away.

I have been going to Gail for years and have never had any problems. She is compassionate and can tell she cares about her patients.

Gail is possibly the best NP I have ever seen. I have seen her for many years. She is very responsive to patient needs and extremely knowledgeable. There was a time when her front office was very bad at returning calls and such but that has been completely changed, they are very prompt now. Please note she recently moved to an office on Gilbert Rd. not far from her old location, but that doesn't seem to be reflected on here yet.
