I wated for over half an hour and spent all of 2 min with him. He by his manner is unaproachable and when I asked him a question or to clarify something, it was as if I shouldn't be asking these questions. He just seemed anoyed that I would ask anything. Finally, he is not detailed in his answers to you and answers them very briefly and with inadiquit information. I saw him for the first and the last time.
