I did not receive a final bill from this company. They are saying that they sent bills and made phone calls but I did not receive any correspondence or have any of my calls to their local office returned. Instead my acct was sent to a collection agency that set me up on a payment plan and then two days after my 1st payment the company reported my account to the credit bureau as a tactic to get me to pay in full. They tanked my very good credit score by 135 points to fair. I normally dont write reviews because I think ultimately a company doesn't care about a negative review because nationally it doesn't hurt them. But I can not stand the tone of Open MRI representatives like every other company to assume that I am a liar and I am simply trying not to pay what I owe and it is unfair to lump everyone together. I would not ruin my credit score . I will not recommend Open MRI to anyone. I PAY MY BILLS.

Do Not Use Your Insurance! The price is $60 per X-Ray. I got 3. Instead of $180, they charged my insurance $92.85 and then billed me $237.15 The technician did a fine job with the X-Rays. I did inquire about insurance costing more and the staff said it wouldn't apply to me. They dismissed me. And now they say I didn't sign a waiver that prevents them using my insurance. Do Not Be Taken Advantage!

I actually had a very nice experience during my MRI. The gentleman taking the MRI was friendly and informative and helpful throughout the process. I would go here again.

I did not meet the radiologist. Of the 5 clerical staff members I encountered, 4 were highly unprofessional, loud and unhelpful. They were loudly complaining and arguing in front of waiting patients at the reception area, about their computers. The MRI machine was scratched and/or gouged up inside. It appeared dirty. When I spoke to the tech about this he laughed saying some people bring their keys and even a pocket knife in here. He said "We tell them not to have that stuff in their pockets, but how are we supposed to control it?" Laughing, he even showed me a gouge that he said happened from a knife! The entire experience (with the exception of the professional staff member at check out) was more like a visit to a dirty, back woods type gas station than a professional medical facility. I will never return. I expected a headache from the loud machine. I did not expect to get one listening to 15 minutes worth of yelling staff members prior to my procedure.
