They never in the office during office hours. I am always getting the answering service. When you have an apt with Dr. Britt you wait around for hours. Last year during a pyhsical he told me I needed a shot. He ended up giving me the wrong shot. His response was they made the box the same color. Do yourself a favor and not go to this doctor.

I have only see Dr. Britt a handful of times. Typically you wait around 1-2 hours before he sees you. When he finally sees you he does spend the whole time with you, which i like because in the past most of my time was spent with the nurse and saw the doctor for 2 minutes. However, recently i have been trying to get a referral and I am unable to get in contact with the office. I keep leaving voice mails but they do not respond promptly at all. I have receive one return call after approx 2 weeks. this is unacceptable and i am changing doctors.

I am not sure why people are dogging the good doctor?! He is AWESOME! He was able to diagnose an issue i had with a viral infection that was hard to detect.

He is too old and can't even use a computer. He needs to retire!!!! My husband tried to commit suicide from one of the additive medications he gave him. He should be sued.

Dr. Britt may be a good enough doctor, but in my opinion he shows a total lack of respect for his patients by keeping us waiting. I've waited in his office for 2 hours for my appointment! I saw Dr. Britt for years before I finally chaned my PCP. Every time I went in I waited at least 1 hour, and unless you see the Nurse Practitioner, you will too.
