Worst doctors office ever! She doesn’t care about much unless it’s her senior patients. So sad never been told what is that at a doctors appointment and I am the patient.......... I don’t recommend her to no body not even my grandmother! Daughters cousins aunts nobody she needs to learn care and not just getting paid

Dr. Rayfield, in my opinion stresses the use of blood test. Everyte I go she requires a blood test. However, there is never a follow up of the results. No explanations as to the cause. And /or effect on what should follow. Is this a new trend. I over the years of allowing her to treat me have grown very weary of her medicine and treatment. Really, she scares me and I am afraid b/c she thrives on intimidation and attempt to send information in w/.requested records when one choose to leave her . I'm done. Buyers beware... The life u save Is what? You know what I'm talking about. Use at it own risk. U have been warned. TC

Dr. Rayfield herself is often good. My only complaint about her is when she advised me to take a hot shower and Cortaid on an *infected* ingrown hair that my GYN gave me an antibiotics for. However, the staff at the Hanover office - I don't know why that's mislisted - are the worst. It's as though they hire people in unemployment lines. Rude, lazy, and downright nasty when you complain they bill the wrong company. With Dr. Raygield's co-worker Dr. Rutkowski serving as some sort of office manager I assume rudeness and bad service are now par for the course.

While the doctor herself is not bad, if you can get to her. They changed office locations about a year ago, and since they did that everything has changed for the worst. The office staff is totally different and they are terrible! They are nasty and unhelpful. I was extremely sick recently and they would not fit me in for an appt. that day or the next. I ended up going to the hospital instead. The office will also not cooperate with mail order vendors for RX's, which causes me to pay one third more for my RX's of which I have 9!

I've visited the office twice and Dr. Rayfield is wonderful. Her staff especially the ladies who draw blood really could use an attitude adjustment.

Dr. Rayfield was horrible!I went in for a bump in my neck which may be my Lymph node and it had been up for about a month at that time. She set me up to get my blood drawn. That was my first and last time speaking with Dr.Rayfield.They mailed me my test results and when I called to understand what the higher then normal levels were the RUDE receptionist told me it was my lymphocytes but she didnt know if it was bad and didnt know when the Doctor would be able to call back. She said she couldnt even guarentee if Dr. Rayfield would call me within the same week but the doctor recommended for me to get blood drawn again. About 20 minutes later Dr. Rayfield had the same receptionist call and tell me the Doctor said it may just be an infection and not to worry. Well again the results were mailed to me with no explination. I didnt waste my time calling back and now I am seeing another doctor who actually cares about me and is willing to tell me whats going on and help me get better.

The office staff is not friendly, they always have an attitude. The check in person was literally talking to her car repair man while checking me in. I literally waited 2 hours for my appointment. I should have just walked out. I was referred out for other specialties and literally have heard nothing from Dr. Rayfield. She does not followup with her patients. I have since been to JHU and 6 other doctors and not once has she followup up with the reports that she has been copied on. As a primary doctor you would think she would followup with me. I have since found a new internal medicine doctor who cares about ME and my health!

Dr Rayfield she is ok she is friendly and nice . I think she really needs to spend a little more time with her patients and really needs to listen more. She needs to be more personal with her patients and not so cold and standoffish. She needs to treat more like a person rather than a number just going through her day. She needs to spend little more time with the patient , rather than coming in quick hi , kinda listen and ok here's a prescription and have a great day, call if anything gets worse or anything else comes up.Dr. Really need to work on there bedside manners , they should make this apart of the graduation requirements!
