i actually prefer dr said to dr shankar! she's patient, attentive, good with kids and very knowledgeable. i find dr shankar rather abrasive actually (!)

I started seeing Dr. Shankar when my first son was born, before Dr. Saif joined the practice. I love Dr. Shankar, but it is often easier to get an appointment with Dr. Saif, so we usually end up seeing Dr. Saif. My kids love her. She is very soft spoken and takes the time to listen to parents and children. Although she is young, she knows what she is doing and has always diagnosed my children correctly. If I doubted her, I would ask Dr. Shankar for a second opinion, but I have never felt that need.

I d agree that Dr Saif is relatively new and might not be very experienced. She is young and indeed very helpful. Never had any issues with call back or anything like that. She is polite and does know how to handle kids. Experience is something which we get with age and time. For your own satisfaction if you are too worried about something that requires detail then you can check with some experienced docs but for the routine things, I believe Dr Saif is good in handling kids.

Dr Saif is wonderful. I have been taking my son to her for 2 years now and have found her to be very patient with kids. She takes time answering all your questions, something that a lot of doctors don't do. I have called the office several times and she has returned my call promptly each time. Office staff/nurses are friendly and polite.

Dr Saif is just great with kids. She is knowledgeable, patient, reassuring and always makes sure your questions are answered. She returns all calls promptly. Her staff is polite and organized. Would definitely recommend Dr Saif to all new parents.

Dr. Saif is a new doctor with Dr. Sujatha Shankar. My personal experience with her has not been positive.
