dr.shugar works with dr.rudnitzky.dr. shugar is another example of patient advocate.questions i had regarding medical issues while i went to emt school were happily answered by dr.shugar.he took excellent care of my mom all the way to her death.when dr. rudnitzky isnt available i see dr.shugar.another excellent doctor along with dr.rudnitzky.
