I've been going here for several years and have had a pleasant experience every time I've gone. There wasn't a lot of upselling and I wasn't ignored after I did refuse the extras offered. Dr. Thompson is friendly and knowledgeable.

Bad experience; knew I would never return to this Dr. or office. They called 1 year later and asked me to confirm my "appointment" which I had never made. They insisted that I had made the appointment and that they had not just made it for me (but they did). Very strange people and dirty tactics.

On the up-sell from the minute walking in the door. Strange attitude and seemed to give shorted service when realized can't sell any extras. Really disappointing.
