He was my on-gym for my first born in 1986 in Montreal. He was super kind and I was extremely sick my entire pregnancy. I wouldn’t have made it without him. I remember his kindness n knowledge. I wish him well. Ty Dr de St Victeur

I had a horrible experience with Dr. St. Victor if he worked in the Cowansville hospital in the 80's. He was very dismissive in the pre-op meeting, not really answering my questions, treating me like an inferior. My intuition told me to choose another doctor but I didn't listen to my intuition in those days. In the operation, he removed part of an ovary and part of a fallopian tube and the nurse told me hid did a sloppy job. Instead of making a horizontal cut between the stomach muscles, aka bikini line, he cut me from belly button to cervix. Every time i look at the scar, I remember how foolish I was to not follow my intuition.

This doctor delivered my son in a small Northern community ( Espanola ) prior to becoming an OB/GYN. I was fortunate to experience his skill and kindness at that difficult time
without his expertise the outcome might not have been so positive
that was 46 years ago and that memory is etched in my memory forever
I wish him well in his retirement

very good experience with Dr. Jean De St Victor, dedicated professional. Was there all the way from beginning to end with my 3 kids. missed when he relocated from CDN mtl.

Le dr. De Saint Victor a été mon médecin dès ses débuts dans les années 79-80 au sous-sol de l'église à Ville St-Pierre et ensuite à son bureau sur Côte-des-Neiges. Il m'a accouchée de mes 3 enfants en 90-94-96 en plus de deux fausses couche. C'est un médecin extraordinaire, très professionnel et dès plus connaissant. Il n'y va pas par quatre chemins mais traite en pensant à la patiente d'abord et avant tout. Quand il a quitté Montréal. Il m'a terriblement manqué. Je le recommande sans hésitation même si j'espère qu'il profite maintenant d'une retraite bien méritée. Merci pour tou dr. De Saint-Victor.

Dr. de St. Victor has been my Doctor for over 30 years. He has always been helpful, reliable and understanding with all my different problems over the years. I will miss him very much when he retires but he deserves to relax now. He has already set me up with another Doctor to replace him which is very helpful for me.

This doctor had to do a quick fix up because of something another doctor had done so was not in a great mood. Not a big deal though and everything went well until an infection occured and his advice to treat it was extremely poor. Multiple problems arose from that and I had to have surgery to fix it. His lack of caring and inactivity caused the problem. I will never forget the experience.

Le Dr. de St-Victor a été mon gynécologue et m'a accouché de mes 3 enfants. Je l'ai vu pendant 25 ans. C'est avec énormément de tritesse que je l'ai vu quitter son bureau de Montréal. Je l'adorais!!! Un vrai professionnel. Ne poussera jamais pour des procédures qui ne sont pas nécessaires et prend vraiment soin de ses patientes. Peut-être un peu introverti mais très sympatique quand on fait la conversation. Je préfère un médecin comme lui en qui j'ai encore une confiance absolu et chez qui je retournerais demain matin, si ce n'était de la distance, qu'un gigolo qui me fera des clins d'oeil mais qui connaît rien pantoute!!!!

Sûrement un très bon médecin au niveau des connaissances et techniques médicales, je crois qu'il est très rigoureux dans sa pratique. Par contre, au point de vue humain, il a de la difficulté à regarder une patiente dans les yeux et il parle pas beaucoup, répond à peine aux questions (souvent juste par oui ou non quand il peut) et il démontre très peu ou pas d'empathie envers les patientes. Je l'ai vu à peine une minute avant mon intervention chirurgicale et je me suis sentie comme un morceau de viande. J'avais juste hâte que l'anesthésiste m'endorme pour ne plus le voir. Je travaille dans le même établissement que lui et il fait pleurer énormément de patientes.
