ma mère a du être hospitalisée d'urgence et elle y a passé moins de 24hres dans l'unité "sous observation". J'y ai vu des gens/travailleurs" dévoués,et professionnels. Des anges de patiences. Très bons soins donnés par des gens hautement qualifies. Merci!

Thée hospital was very responsive when I showed up at the emergency with my father for severe respiratory problems. He was quickly and effectively evaluated (triage)and teeatement was performed in less than two hours. In les than a day, he had a pacemaker installed.

21 hrs and still no call to see the doctor. obviously very poor. when you'd rather flirt with the nurses and play on your cell phone then not many patients pass.

Des attentes frôlant le 10h, un manque de médecins flagrant et les urgentologues n'ont pas vraiment le temps de faire leur travail. J'ai vu plusieurs spécialistes qui étaient vraiment bêtes et impolis. Une nécessité empoisonnée. Une incompétence à peine voilée.

Your facilities are filthy, floors, windows, inside and out. Wait? Omg. Never saw a doctor. Even my family doctor in Cowansville doesn't understand why peopycan never be seen in a timely manner. Imagine... he is a doctor. Shame on the emergency dept. for hiding behind a wall. Incompetent. Unavailable. Truly disgusted. My husband had a work accident. He needs stitches. Waiting? 8 hours and counting. He hasn't eaten for fear he will loose his place.

Worst hospital ever. I had a male nurse and he basically made me feel like I shouldn't be there, not to mention the wait times are unacceptable . They dont have basic tools like an MRI.. I would think that now that you have to pay for parking the hospital would have better services... but no.... If you live in cowansville, you should just go to granby because they have the tools..

J'ai quitté sans voir un médecin après 7.5h d'attente quand je suis arrivé <a l'urgence nous étions 6 dans la salle d'attente!!!! je ne vais jamais à l'hôpital en urgence, je n'y retournerai pas non plus du moins à cet établissement. Autant crever dans mon lit que sur une chaise dans une salle attente.
