Dr. Jain SAVED my Life!!!! She is the best Dr. I’ve ever had, the best listener, the most knowledgeable, the smartest by far. She single handely took my health into her hands, put me in touch with the best transplant teams, made my transition to dialysis seamless and supported me when everything wasn’t “textbook” with my transplant. Because of Dr. Jain I had a great dialysis experience; she did rounds all the time and uplifted all the patients with her optimistic and powerful spirit!!!! I owe my LIFE to Dr. Jain!!!!

3 words best sum up Dr Rashmi Jain's medical service- compassionate professional excellence! In all my experience with medical professionals, I have not met a doctor as dedicated and focused on a patient's well-being and recovery. My husband has an extensive and complex medical history which had landed him in the hospital many times and has resulted in prolonged hospital stays. Most of his doctors have expressed near exasperation in finding a cure, one of them notably saying, "I have run out of tricks from my bag. You might as well prepare yourself for the worst." Not so, per Dr Jain. She selflessly consulted with other specialists and painstakingly took the time to find a way and a cure for my husband. If not for her dedicated love and concern for her patients & their families, I wouldn't still be enjoying the loving presence of my husband in our growing family. She set goals for everyone to put positive vibes for his recovery. Dr Jain, albeit her strong personality, has a soft heart and a mean-spirited determination to find a way for her patients to live as long and as healthy as possible. I cannot ask for more from a medical professional. I wish there was more of her in the medical field.

Never punctual, usual wait time is about 45-60 minutes on our scheduled appointments. She was training her assistant while she should be explaining my dad’s situation with us. Lack of professionalism. Lack of communication with Lab when ordering blood work.

I was referred to Dr. Jain by my primary. Wish I had read the other review here before going. Could have saved me time, and anguish. 2-1/2 hrs. late for my first appointment! Running in and out of the exam room while in the middle of my appt. Disappearing for long periods of time with no explanation. Takes calls from cell and desk phone from other patients while I was there, then hangs up and complains to me about the patient on the phone! My labs were constantly misplaced. My appointment notes in my electronic records are not accurate to the answers that I gave her. Doesn't surprise me, constant disarray in this office! Very unprofessional.

1-2hrs wating time. Dr is always preoccupied with other things than your care. She likes to answer questions for you ("do you have nausea" "no", pain? "no", ext) Will sometimes give diagnosis just from symptoms without looking at labs first. Does not like to be corrected when wrong. Makes personal phone calls while in the examining room w/ patient present. Is RX happy, for any little symptome, she wants to give out anti-depression drugs even when patient doesn't need them.
