Dr. Ficco is awesome and will make sure youre comfortable if it is your first time. The receptionist on the other hand is the worst. Lacks professionalism, knowledge, and manners. Her attitude is negative as soon as you walk in the door. She explains things in a rude and condescending way. But after research, she is wrong with the information she is giving out. Claimed that she called me and my brother. And also mentioned that my brothers line isn't accepting calls so maybe he did not pay his phone bill. She has yet to resolve my issue with what she said and what I am billed for. But left a voicemail stating my brothers number still doesn't work. The reason is because you have the wrong phone number. Dr. Ficco needs to hire professional staff otherwise I will not return.

Loud pop music blasting and overall negative experience. My insurance was charged for services that were not provided and when I refused to pay my small coinsurance portion my balance was sent to a debt collector. I tried to explain why I refused to pay the balance but the office staff could not understand. Dumb as they come.

I was a regular visitor to dr Fico’s office for several months and can give him only high marks for his professionalism and knowledge. Becouse of him I can still function w/ o relying on cortisone shots and other pain killers. And His knowledge extends beyond his field. How many doctors can put other fields of med expertise on their resume? Thank you dr Fico

Came to Dr. Ficco with shoulder pain that I had for months , it took about 4 weeks, completly restored my movement and got rid of all the pain

disconnected the phone line. Upon my being lead into the massage room the loud radio music did not stop from the reception area and the masseuse closed the door on me leaving me in the dark. Found a light switch, got under the sheet, when the masseuse got back she asked me what the problem areas were but during the massage ( I asked for deep tissue, but the pressure she was using was more along the lines of reflexology) the sea breeze music was playing in the room but I could still hear very clearly the pop radio station over it. OVER ALL TERRIBLE SERVICE
