She is a great doctor and very easy to talk too. She answered all my questions.

I think the staff is excellent the ladies make you feel super comfortable and Dr. Pancer is excellent... I meet Dr. Kobe at the dekalb medical center she took her time to read my paperwork and was excellent in answering everything i needed ro know.

I have been coming to Dr. Kobe for about 8yrs. My very first vist was good. After singing in I didn't wait long before I was called to have my blood drawn,weight taken and pricking of my finger. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to and so was Dr. Kobe. When talking to Dr. Kobe she didn't make feel rushed ask all questions I had. I have refered others to her office.

My initial experience was very positive overall. As a result of my 1st visit I needed to come back for an ultrasound. I had a positive exp. w/the ultrasound tech. At the end of visit 2 I was told that Dr. Kobe was out of the office and she would call regarding my results. This was 3 weeks ago. I have called the office at least 3x since. I have been told "She is with a patient"- I left a message on her nurse's voicemail and received no call back, I have also been told- "She is out of office- This time I spoke with Dr. Kobe's nurse who claimed to have called me back from my prior message. She did not. At this point I have waited 3 wks with no diagnosis and no plan for treatment. I do not know if the issue is Dr. Kobe or her staff however, I do not recommend either. Don't go to a doctor who has no time to help you. My 4th and last call to Dr. Kobe's office will be so that I can pick up my medical records and start all over again with a new doctor.

My first impression was not good at all (w/the office staff). It got worse when I met w/the person who takes my blood pressure/weight/iron, etc. She talked to me from 10 feet away and asked me to tell her my weight as she sat in her chair. She didn’t tell me my blood pressure, my iron levels, etc. She grabbed my hand to take a blood sample, didn't say anything to me...other than telling me to hold pressure on my finger she just pricked. Then she walked away and had a conversation with someone about their name. It was a terrible first impression. Next, I met with a student who was working along side Dr. Kobe, doing her clinicals. She was very sweet. Finally, I met with Dr. Kobe. She sat down with me and took the time to talk to me about issues/concerns. I truly appreciated the fact that she did not make me feel rushed. Overall, I am not sure I will return, at least to that office, just due to the wait time and staff. I would like see Dr. Kobe again (if she were at a different location).

The facilities are modern and comfortable, and the staff is very nice. Waiting time was short, and the medical assistants were friendly and efficient. Dr. Kobe was professional and knowledgeable, as well as easy to talk to. I'd recommend her and the practice to any of my friends.
