This is hands down the best dental office I have ever attended in my 53 years of life. Dentists I had when I was a kid left me with a case of dental phobia. Dr. Racicot is the best at what he does. I no longer have a dental phobia. How's this for impressive: a few weeks ago Dr. Racicot removed a wisdom tooth, no blood, no packing and no medication needed when the freezing came out. He's amazing! I've had cleanings, fillings, etc. and all have been great experiences. And the best hygienist works there, Vicki Archambault. Vicki really takes pride in what she does and spends the proper amount of time to get the job done thoroughly. I love my cleanings and the happy chats we have. I will never go anywhere else and I will never have anybody else take care of my teeth.

Unbelievable when I’m reading the posts and ratings on Dr. Guillaume, he is the best that I have ever seen!!!! He knows his patients and cares and if you engage with him he gives you all the time in the world. Me and my husband and three sons go to him and there is no one that u would ever trust more!! I am terrified of dentists and for some reason I don’t freeze well and he knows that and Books me extra time for my appointments. I can’t even believe what people have posted!!!! Wow!!! Best dentist ever and best staff that I have ever known.

Myself and my daughter were patients of Dr Racicot. Do NOT bring your children here if they are afraid of needles or dental work. He had the worst bedside manner and had no patience for my daughter who was terrified of needles. He literally threw the needle about 3 feet on to a tray and told her he would not come back in until she stopped crying. He also told my daughter that he would remove me from the room and charge me extra money if she didn't calm down. Who does this. We switched dentists immediatley.

I've been seeing Dr. Racicot for over 13 years. I actually have moved out of the area but continue to visit his office when I'm in town. I've had many different procedures done by him, starting with the removal of teeth to make room for my braces in high school, to the removal of all 4 wisdom teeth, and some fillings put in. His office is very clean, and his staff is amazing. When I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed, the cost was over his initial quote, he told me to not to worry about the over-costs that he forgot to add on to my quote. Now that I have children, they go and see Dr. Racicot.

Identified many cavities that didn't seem to be there. I started to question them, and waited to have several fixed. Upon my return visit they had re calcified - something the hygienist told me was impossible 2 minutes before he walked in. Talking to other dentists, this only happens if the cavities are so minor they don't need to be repaired in the first place. Seems like he is pushing procedures just to get the revenue. Me and my entire family are looking for another dentist.

I was there for about 3 years and he is awful, he's a business man on the side and you can tell. He makes you do precedures that you don't even need so he can make money. Now that I have a new dentist that's amazing, he saw all the mistakes he made in my mouth previously and I now have to re-fix a lot of my teeth. I would honestly never recommend him ever. There are SO many better dentist out there.
