Dr. Prizzi scared me. He was just plain "mean and rude" to me as his patient. He barked at me when my husband and I asked whether the procedure would be painful. He replied angrily, "Do you think this is the first time I've ever done this procedure? I do hundreds of these every week!" I also had difficulty after my surgery and he was not available for any kind of help. Unfortunately he was the doctor in the ER the night I arrived and needed surgery. If you have a choice in doctors, I would NEVER suggest him as your doctor.

Dr. Prizzi is without a doubt THE most rude and impersonal doctor to ever lay a hand on me.He hurt me because he doesn't care if he does so and he's working on body organs that are extremely sensitive! It has been one week and I have still not recovered from the pain he physically caused. He won't answer questions and treats staff members like their imbeciles. He never reviewed my previous records but tried to tell me I was wrong with what I was trying to tell him thus making me feel foolish. I ended up walking out of the hospital room and I will never go back to Dr. Prizzi again! He hurt me once but I guarantee he will never be able to hurt me again.

He was rude and insensitive. Did two procedures my new Dr at Lahey Clinic burlington mass could not understand why. Was rude to his nurse in front of me. Inflicted pain without any concern. Office was dated and small. The whole environment did not instill confidence. Another friend had the same experience with him at Cape Cod hospital. He couldn't even get the catheter in with hurting my friend. Not recommended.

Rude. Cold. Failed to explain what, how or why he was going to do something. he really would not answer questions or say anything when I asked, and said, well, I am going to do a "****" on you as an adult male. Very unhappy, waste of a trip if you are on cape cod, try someone else. I was unhappy with him and will not let him operate on me because he would not discuss the result of what things would look like other than the most retarded answer, that being a "*** *****," basically. He has no sense of humor, does not smile, does not have a good bedside manner and I assume people only see him because you can get an appointment the next day.

Dr. Prizzi treated my father for the past couple years (up till Sep 2009). A cystoscopy he administered to my Dad led to urosepsis and congestive heart failure, which also triggered a heart attack. My father almost died, and had to have open heart surgery and 2 valves replaced. A 2nd cystoscopy 2 years later by Dr. Prizzi caused (again) urosepsis, putting Dad back in the hospital for a week and then rehab for a week. After insisting on doing a cystoscopy for a 3rd time a few months ago - my dad got the infection AGAIN and spent nearly a week in the hospital. My father died unexpectedly October 30, 2009 at the young age of 73. I have no doubt that all of these infections contributed to a weakened heart, which he did not have before all of this started. And having just buried my father last week, we get in the mail a bill from Dr. Prizzi for the final cystoscopy!! If I could put this doctor out of business forever I would!

Dr. Prizzi is without compare the worst doctor I've ever been to. I created this rating to save others the frustration of receiving "care" at his office. He has no bedside manner/communication skills. Not only is he incapable of relaying information, he is cold and rude, which is unacceptable for someone who deals with a sensitive area of the body. The only reason I left his office knowing anything was because his nurse took the time to explain what he failed to. I would never go back to him, and would urge anyone who is thinking of seeing him to seek help elsewhere.
