The best treatment I have ever received to date. The staff was a blessing and so sorry that they are no longer @St. Francis.

I hesitate to leave the following review, only because the St. Francis staff might become more popular and hence, less available to me. Without qualification, Dr. Kapur and his staff (Ann, Sheila, Candace, Pam) is absolutely the most extraordinary pain management facility on the east coast. Dr. Kapur listened to my concerns, responded compassionately, and ultimately improved the quality of my life. Were it not for St. Francis Pain Management, I'd be sniveling miserably in bed, not temporarily, but constantly. I offer up the highest rating imaginable (much above 5). For my last appointment, I drove from Connecticut to Delaware just to see this pain management team. Enough said.

I requested to remain with my spouse while she had a spinal injection (Selective Nerve Root Block). I made this request via a letter mailed to the patient advocate at the Spine and Pain Center, at St. Francis Hospital, where he is employed. He and the other 2 doctors that work there refused my request, but only after 2 followup emails. It appears that they were going to ignore the letter and hope that it went away. I was able to find another doctor at another facility that was helpful and allowed me to stay for the procedure.
