Cosmetic procedures. Results not as expected as NO ONE noticed any facial difference. Got a much better result from an aesthetic appointment at a much lesser cost.
Complications of continuous tearing eye immediately post surgery. Dr. assured it would go away. 5 mos later it did not. Called office 4 times, no response. Dr. is now claiming it is "dry eye" and not result of surgery. Advises seeing an ophthalmologist!

Dr. Zahir was pretty nice but I cant say they same for his staff. No customer service skills at all. Receptionist was more worried about eating then patients

I fractured my index finger and severely cut two others on a table saw. Dr. Zahir saw me at the emergency room and performed follow-on surgery a week later reposition my bone and reattached the tendon. He was very professional, yet personal. He explained everything in laymen terms. His office staff were also just as professional and patient focused. All my follow up appointments were on time, every time. I have never had surgery before and found my experience with Dr. Zahir and his staff extremely pleasant and comforting.

This guy is amazing. Lets remember we're rating the quality of care provided. He's not going to spend 10 hours pretending to try and be your best friend, but he's kind, funny, professional, and ultra-knowledgeable.

Doesn't listen to the patient's description. Just interrupts and keeps talking. Surgical job was OK and I think my dermatologist did better on my past surgeries. Seems to really be into himself
