I first saw Dr. Clement to fix a bad cheek lift I got in Beverly Hills. My extensive research put Clement at the top of my list because his references had NO tell-tale signs of surgery (just looked like natural beauties with remarkable bodies, drinking the fountain of youth). Also, Dr. Clement instantly grasped the problem with my previous surgery (in CA) and assured me he could fix it, which he did, and in such a way that my whole face is perfectly balanced & totally natural looking. He shaved 10 years off my appearance & made me prettier than I've ever been. Truly, he exceeded my expectations by so much I had him also fix the subpar nose job I got 20 years ago. Now I have exactly the nose I've always wanted. He also did a subtle fat transfer to my cheekbones which looks so amazing I'm having him do my lips next. Between the remarkable work he's done on me, and the flawless work I've seen on my acquaintances (breasts, tummy, nose, cheeks) I trust Clement with every body part I've got.

First let me say that I would NEVER have elective cosmetic surgery of any kind. However, I had a mastectomy 13 years ago for breast cancer, and Dr. Clement did my reconstructive surgery--a tram-flap reconstruction (where he takes abdominal skin and tissue--basically a tummy tuck--and brings it up with the abdominal muscle out the incision line to form a new breast). And he did an exceptional job. I get compliments all the time from medical technicians who see it. I call it my "permanently perky" breast. I would recommend him highly for reconstructive surgery. However, it is hard for me to imagine that anyone would go under the knife unless they had to, especially for superficial reasons.

It's been a year since my breast aug. & TT. I am extremely happy with my results and owe it all to Dr. Clement. His office staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Clement.

I don't recommend Dr. Clement for rhinoplasty. Before surgery, he assured me that any changes he would make would be conservative. After surgery, I was left with an old school, over-resected nosejob which resulted in major functional problems and aesthetic deformities. Too much cartilage was removed from my nose and the unsupported, weak structure couldn't withstand the process of scar contracture. Along with breathing problems and the collapse of one side of my nose, it pinched, twisted and deformed. After a 7 hour rib reconstruction with Dr. Toriumi in Chicago and one year of healing, my nose looks normal again, but the financial, physical and emotional toll has been ENORMOUS. For anyone considering rhinoplasty, I would recommend that you research the procedure and surgeons you are considering. If I could go back and re-do my primary, I would interview experienced facial plastic surgeons (ENT background) who focus their practice on rhinoplasty or revision rhinoplasty.

Dr. Clement's expertise is incredible! I have since moved to California and flown back to TX to get more plastics from Dr. Clement. Further, others have seen my results and flown to TX to obtain his services even though it meant staying in a city away from home for a few days. His results are remarkable.

Dr. Clement has done two surgeries on me....the first one was a massive abdomonoplasty from a very large pannus. He did an INCREDIBLE job especially given the challenge he had....the second one was a breast lift and implants and took some more of my tummy in....I am almost four weeks out and am incredibly satsified and happy. I have had a few personal complications and he and his staff are INCREDIBLY supportive and follow up with me regularly. I live out of state and have come back twice to make sure he is the surgeon. He is by far the best on results, professionalism and personality. His staff is awesome and very focused on YOU the patient....even though I live almost 1K miles away I will still come back to Austin for ANY surgery I will get....I highly recommend him!

I had Doctor Clements for 5 surgeries and ALL OF THEM TURNED OUT WONDERFULLY. My breast are just what I asked for they look very natural and in the right spots. I have had my arms, breast, thights "inner and outter", butt lift, tummy tuck, lipo and my calves. By far the calves hurt the worst but Dr. Clements makes sure you are taken care of on every level. The officer personel goes beyond the call of duty. Couldn't ask for a better surgeon. I highly recommend him for any surgery you might be seeking.

Dr C did my thighs.. He did the most fantastic job! After check out many of his other surgeries, I totally felt comfortable with several phases of his work and had no qualms of entrusting my thighs to him. He was very thorough about real expectations, understanding the imperfections of the human body, age acountability and so forth. He made sure that I understood what to expect after surgery. His staff is wonderfual as well. The whole office treats you as a whole person not just a number. He took a lot of time answering questions about the procedure AND the out come- from scars to pain management to end results, the time it takes to see final results (a couple of months). All in all I compared 5 plastic surgeons and Dr Clement was number one in all catagories!

Brusque and important, Dr. Clement is nevertheless knowledgeable and professional. He is known as the boob man in Austin. Unfortunately, his esthetics are "make 'em as big as we can, M'am". Despite discussions with him about size vs. proportion and a request to favor naturalness over size, my surgery resulted in disproportionately large implants. With my clothes on, I look like I've got a push-up bra on; with my clothes off the implants are unnaturally high and the outline of the implant is visible. I will not use Dr. Clement again.
