Dr. Danny is great! He helped me change my life for the better and helped me find the right medication for my medical condition! The staff is also excellent!

I have mixed feelings about Dr Danny. He is a nice man, listens, but in the end he chalked up my symptoms under a typical category where doctors often put people with chronic illness. I ultimately felt shut down, unheard and basically dismissed not because he really didn't have the answers to problems but how he decided he would answer to that lack; and now we are beginning to have a light shone on these diseases; years after I saw this doctor. Because of this, I cannot fully respect him, as fact is, under that pressure of not knowing, he was yet another doctor willing to take a common, well trampled mainstream approach to a problem just because he didn't have the answers; this is not an open mind, this is someone with the usual medical model mind set stuck in reverse, and this is a display of a very narrow mind set of training often employed by physicians, who often feel they play God in your life. Nice as he was, it was all he could do to hide this thin veneer. In history, it was men like this that gave people with now legit issues ghastly terms like hypochondriac, only now to find that they have real issues that can be proven under the microscope.

Worst doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. Did not even greet me, treated me like I was an idiot and made me have a full blown panic attack while he stood over me and told me my medical issue was not a priority. Even though I was in severe pain and ended up leaving with no help from him and going to a different doctor who told me I needed emergency surgery. I am still in shock of the way he treated me, it was extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. With my anxiety it took me days to have the courage to go see a doctor and once I finally did the way he treated me set me into a panic. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr Danny is the best doctor I have seen. He is very knowledgable and will explain things so you understand. He doesn't talk down to you or rush you out. He has been treating my migraines for several years now. I recently tried Botox and found that it worked very well but I had problems with my one eyelid drooping. After the 4th treatment we agreed it would be best to stop. I will say that my Botox was always in a small bottle that was supplied by the onsite pharmacy. I was lucky and had minimum to no bruising.

Excellent doctor . He is very knowledgeable and is also easy too talk too . It is worth the hour drive from Swan Hills to see him

Dr. Van Schalkwyk is very compassionate 7 years ago when he was practicing in Swan Hills my mother was very ill, he had never seen her before unfortunately she was diagnosed with cancer and did not survive for long, she stayed at the hospital in Swan Hills where how cared for her with so much kindness and compassion we could not have asked for better care, he will always have a special place in our hearts. I recently starting seeing Dr.Dan and i have never felt so at ease with a doctor. There is something wonderfully comforting about him and i felt like my concerns were his genuine concerns add well. Good bless
