Dr Mian is our only family doctor so far since we moved to Oakville. It's 8 years now, we have all good experience with him and our family has been well taken care of. He is nice, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly he cares about people. My Dad is diagnosed with Stage IV Colorectal Cancer last month; I'm shocked and in panic first after hearing this news, then plan to get my Dad here to live with us so we can help and support him with treatment. Even though typically Dr Mian won't take any new patient as he is assigned with enough, he agreed to accept my Dad immediately after learning my situation. He made his suggestion, collected necessary information and submitted urgent referral to Oncologist; To be fair, he can tell me to find another doctor accepting new patient and i won't blame him, but what he did shows he really cares! I truly appreciate Dr Mian goes extra mile to help people and their family; It's very fortunate for my family to have Dr Mian who is best doctor i ever met and definitely one of best doctors in this area. I don't know how to thank Dr Mian enough but i would show same kindness and care to others in my life.

Dr Mian has been my Family Physician since 2008. He is one of the Best Doctors I have come across. Compassionate, Knowledgeable, and always willing to explain any Treatment and Medications involved.His treatment is mostly more effective than some of those from the Specialists i have seen..Thank You Dr.Mian! - Rajeeth

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Mian as our family doctor. He's punctual, extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to not only explain your symptoms/conditions thoroughly, but does so with compassion and care. His staff are very helpful in booking appointments in a timely manner and with everything going on in the world at the moment (Covid-19), I'm thankful we have Dr. Mian in our corner. I just completed a virtual consult with him today, just another example of him going the extra mile for his patients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Zafer Mian is our Family Dr. since we emigrated to Canada and we are very lucky to have him taking care of our health. Dr. Mian listens attentively and provides accurate and up-to-date advice and teaches about human health, new medicines, vaccines, secondary effects, treatments , etc. as a whole. Dr. Mian is compassionate and knowledgeable and all pains and illness are overcome thanks to his care and advise. During these challenging times of COVID-19, Dr. Mian immediately started video consultations and was able to treat my husband and after some days, my husband was healthy again. The staff who work with him is always helpful and patient and have always a smile and a very caring attitude, and is willing to accommodate our schedules with Dr. Mian's availability. I visited this doctor over 10 years ago, and was in terrible pain from a severely herniated disc in my spine. He wasted almost 1 year of my time just writing prescriptions instead of sending me for an MRI and referring me to spine surgeon. In the end after arguing with him, he ended up sending me to a rheumatologist that I had to wait 8 months for, only to be told I need to see a spine surgeon immediately. I ended up having surgery after 2yrs of being on wait lists for the rheumatologist, spine surgeon and MRi, plus the time spent going back and forth to his appointments.

I'm not sure if his clinical knowledge and care for patients conditions has improved since I haven't seen him in a long time but would not recommend him based on what I had to go through.
