2 years post last Total knee replacement ( I've had both done by Julian) it has been amazing. Julian was compassionate and understanding of my need to live my life actively and pain free. Yes I was under 60 years old, but had been through reconstructions, repairs and arthroscopes since I was 25 years old.
An amazing surgeon, who I would recommend to anyone.

honestly Julian showed amazing care towards me and my almost 3 year ACL journey.. my injury was complex, my first recon at the age of 16 in 2019 failed, resulting me to re-injure it doing a very basic broad jump.. sat with him for almost 2 hours discussing past history and future goals for return to sport etc.
within 2 weeks I was scheduled for a revision ACLR with LEAT. its been such a long road to recovery but i cannot thank Julian and the staff at OSV/Epworth enough for their care and compassion throughout. im still having a few niggles here and there, however the confidence that he has in me to get back to sport has made me more motivated than ever.

thank you Julian for everything!

Thought I was seeing the best. Unfortunately my knee is worse than ever. I subsequently saw three Orthopaedic Surgeons for second opinions, none can believe the approach Dr Feller took. My acl repair using a quad tendon has left no strength in my knee. I am always in pain and feel crippled by the surgery. I can never run again, each day the pain reminds me that I should have seen someone else. I agree with the other reviews here, the reception staff are hostile and made me feel totally uncared for.

Receptionist is simply horrible. Julian, you need to fire her and hire someone who actually cares for your patients. It's incredible how poor the patient experience is due to the support team. Knee is not great post surgery. Pain never goes away.

Recovered from knee surgery performed by Dr Julian feller in 2005. Treated professionally and was made clear of exact diagnosis and treatment prior and after. To the 1 star person who ran the half marathon after six months, even with the new physical therapy guidelines promoting a more active recovery you probably over did it and didn’t listen to advice given hence the refusal of further treatment. I have complete trust in Dr Feller and would throughly recommend his services.

I am about to have my second TKR by Julian, the first knee was a huge success. His knowledge and understanding is second to none.

I had an ACL reconstruction with Dr Feller and all went well, within 6 months I ran my first and sadly last 1/2 Marathon. Shortly after that I was on holiday and hurt my knee. I rushed back to Dr Feller and he told me my knee was still healing and this was normal. For months I was in agony and went back and had an MRI where I was told I tore my meniscus and required another minor surgery, by then it was too late. I had too much damage and my knee is ruined. I have gone back to Dr Feller and he now refuses to take me as a patient, I now need to have a major surgery where steel rods need to be inserted into my leg, as a result of not acting quickly and repairing the meniscus. I am very disappointed;ointed with the way I was treated by Dr Feller
