Dr. Mattas oversaw a portion of my long labor induction at the hospital. He was very courteous and humored all of my questions, I especially appreciated how respectful he was of my knowledge of childbirth and did not talk down to me at all. The only thing I can fault him on is that he performed a very painful and intrusive procedure on me without warning me first what he was doing. It was something that had to be done, but a warning or explanation would have been nice.

Dr. Mattas was my doctor for my pregnancy with my son, and he is this time as well. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor as he is friendly, thorough and attentive. He is a great doctor and I recommend him to everyone! :)

Great Doctor, very helpful, polite, professional, and knows his stuff. answered all my questions in a clear manner. very reassuring to have him for a prenatal doc. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Mattas was one of the attending doc when I was in labour. I was somewhat nervous about the possibility of a make doctor. But once he was there I could not have been more comfortable. he is warm, kind and has great bedside manner. He was wonderful to have there while we welcomed our first child.
