We had our first visit at PromptMD on Monday (March 14) and again today (March 16) with Dr. Islam. What a pleasure. Highly recommend.

Dr. Islam is a wonderful and caring doctor. It's so nice to have him in town. I've never had to wait long and he is willing to help with anything. I once had to go to him for a refill on thyroid medicine as my endocrinologist couldn't see me soon enough. The pharmacy next door was recommended by Dr. Islam and they are equally fantastic! I think I will continue to go here even after I move out of the area.

I don't have a regular physician, nor do I have insurance. In times of severe medical need, I would go to hospital ER's - and pay through the nose for impersonal, cattle-call style service. Then I found Prompt MD and the handsome Dr. Islam. Nice, professional, thorough, affordable, no attitude, no waiting...a complete pleasure as far as medical treatment is concerned. I feel welcome, cared about, and very well cared for...I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Islam and Prompt MD in Hoboken.

While Dr. Islam himself is very kind and easy to deal with, using him times, I feel I was misled by his office regarding receiving any money back from my insurance. When he suggested I use him as my primary doctor and said that insurance would refund about 80% of the cost of the visits, I was delighted. But the reality is insurance won't refund anything, and when I tried to follow up with his office, they more or less hung on me. Dr. Islam refused to take my call. Very disappointing.

I've been trying for a few months to find a doctor in Hoboken, and Dr. Islam was recommended by my pharmacist. What a recommendation! I was seen immediately. His staff were excellent. He was thorough, kind and helpful. I mentioned to him a few trips I had coming up and he even looked up travel vaccine advisories without my asking. Really fantastic! I'm pleased as punch to have such an option in Hoboken.

Very friendly and professional doctor at this new urgent care center. I hate going to the doctor, but they made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door til I finished my appointment.
