I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Dr. Jokhan's exceptional care and expertise. Since my baby was born two and a half years ago with a strange discoloration, I have been desperately seeking answers from various doctors, only to hear the worst-case scenarios. However, my experience with Dr. Jokhan was a game-changer.

Dr. Jokhan took the time to thoroughly examine my baby's condition. He even looked up information in a book and patiently explained exactly what the discoloration was, providing much-needed reassurance. His level of care and patience throughout this challenging journey was truly remarkable.

Recently, I visited Dr. Jokhan for an unrelated issue, and I was astounded by his dedication. He had purchased a blue light specifically for his practice since our last appointment to accurately determine the initial prognosis. This act of going above and beyond left me in awe.

Dr. Jokhan is an absolute gem of a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and helps families like ours raise our babies with confidence and proper care. I am immensely grateful to him for his unwavering support and expertise.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Dr. Jokhan! You have made a significant positive impact on our lives, and we are truly fortunate to have found you. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jokhan to anyone seeking outstanding care.

He is a very passionate and concerning DR. I was told my youngest was tongue tied at 2 weeks by the health nurse. He asked me if I was having trouble nursing or getting my daughter to latch. He said it would be jumping the gun to snip. He told me to wait til she was at least a year. If nothing improved then yes he would proceed. Turns out he was right. My daughter speaks better then most 4 year olds. My oldest had an ear infection. She saw other Dr's which we were told its not an infection its just wax build up. All he did was look at the report and look in my daughters ear and immediately sent in a referral to a specialist in Saskatoon. We always get in right away. If our appointment is at 10:30 we get in at 10:30.

Well, apparently this 'pediatrician' has improved since we dealt with his incompetence and arrogance 6.5yrs ago... Our 2nd son was born in Yorkton. Both of us parents asked and asked and asked about a tongue tie - our oldest son was born (in Alberta) with one and also my husband's father has/had one. We were insistent that he check him again the 2nd day and again the 3rd day (2nd C-section) as we couldn't imagine that he would not have one - considering our past history! He absolutely assured us that it was fine! Sent us home - almost a 2hr drive away to a very small town. However, our 2nd son did, in fact, have a tongue tie!! A VERY noticeable one!!! (I didn't catch it in hosp as that is an entirely other monologue! lol!) Who on earth would snip one in our tiny town?!?! Groan!!! Finally took him in (after weeks of difficult and painful breastfeeding!) and our very amazing, recently graduated GP and some amazing RNs took care of him! They had to find the 'tool' to hold the tongue or it would've been done a bit sooner. If this so-called 'pediatrician' had done his job and actually diagnosed such an EASY thing to catch, we wouldn't have felt this way about him! His bedside manner actually wasn't that bad!

Such a HORRIBLE experience all the way around in Yorkton!! (allergic to latex - used a latex catheter in me! The surgeon wouldn't think of prescribing voltaren or motrin for after C-Section - so ended up so completely stoned on demerol that I was absolutely slurring my words and couldn't hold my baby to breastfeed - but still had major pain!! Plus the doc finally came in on day 3 to discharge me! It's little wonder we chose to drive 3hrs just to avoid there again for baby #3 - 5yrs later!
