Kelly Smith has been a great doctor to me my whole life. I've honestly never had a problem with her receptionist either, she's not overtly friendly but I don't have a problem with her.

Very good dr up to date knows all the new things, only trouble is I came in one day with my spouse with a waiting room full of patients and her ignorantly rude receptionist was ignoring the phone, patients and others, oh she wasn’t filing paper work either she was in playing with her frigging dog that is the worst part of dr smiths practice her receptionist even cancels appointments without telling you and when you go to appointments you actually have even with no one in the waiting room and you being the first one there that day she’ll make you sit and wait from 7 am-2:30pm Kim is a witch I do it know how she isn’t fired yet family or not that women is a terrible person shouldn’t have a job like the one she has, if you aren’t going to treat people with respect and like humans instead of a piece of poopie the. Please quit your day job and find something that you don’t have to talk to the public or be seen in public, the women cares more about her needs during office hours then the patients

Just wanted to say. Her secretary Kim, is a Lazy, Useless, Uncompassionate B**ch who don't want to do her job. She is a piece of sh**.

Dr. Smith is very kind and knowledgeable, but her receptionist is pretty awful like others have said. Snarky and off-putting.

As a doctor a 9/10....Her Receptionist (her sister) 1-10... Rude as they come and lacks compassion. Blown away at some of the things she has said and to be honest not sure despite being family how she has not been asked to leave

A great doctor very friendly. Her receptionist is by far the worst thing at the office. Easily ruins the entire experience, especially not good if you have anxiety. I suggest this changes.

Dr. Smith is an outstanding doctor. Very considerate and helpful. however her receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Smith is an amazing GP. She is knowledgable and very personable, and always takes the time to address your concerns. Wait times are never too long, usually under 30 mins, however find receptionist to be a bit rude.
