Dr Kozel was very thorough and checked everything out when ever there was something she couldn't answer. Dr Kozel always had follow ups and I was very upset when she left Stewiacke Medical Clinic. As far as being punctual, well I don't think any "good" Doctor is that, especially if he or she take an interest in their patients.
