I am writing this review right after Dr. Cloth performed a difficult root canal operation on my back molar. Dr Cloth and his staff were extremely caring and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns. Dr Cloth skillfully performed a painless root canal operation. Post operatively there has been no pain and I have already resumed to normal eating and drinking. I would like to thank Dr. Cloth and his amazing staff for all their care. In addition, I would like to say that the safety protocols he has implemented in his practice are second to none. While I don’t generally look forward to dental procedures, I am confident that Dr. Cloth with continue to look after my teeth for a long time.

When I first started going to Dr. Mark Cloth I was a bit hesitant as I have severe anxiety. Dr. Mark Cloth and his team reassured me. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and needs and is a very patient individual. He then thoroughly walks you through the whole procedure before it is done. He was gentle and thorough. His hygienists were very good as well.Dr. Mark Cloth is an amazing doctor and an even better person who truly cares about each patient. He will always be me and my family’s dentist. We need more people like Dr Mark Cloth

Dr. Mark Cloth has been nothing but excellent since I started getting cleanings and oral checkups. I've had multiple dental procedures done at his office and his staff/team but amazing. From the moment you walk into the office you know you're in good hands from the moment you leave, you always feel like a brand new person walking out with a great smile!

I cannot believe how lucky I am to have the most knowledgeable, caring and professional dentist. I have known Dr. Cloth for over 20 years, and he has always been, and continues to be, the BEST dentist. Skilled, patient, informative, advanced... anyone who is as critical as I am, who can compliment a professional like Dr Cloth, knows what is GOOD.

Our family have been patients of Dentistry on Sheppard for over 20 years. The front office staff and the dental hygienists are both professional and efficient. Dr. Cloth is a wonderful dentist who is both skilled and compassionate. He always treated our children extremely well even when they were small. He takes the time to explain any procedures and is also humble enough to know when to refer. In short, I would highly recommend Dentistry on Sheppard and in particular Dr. Cloth

I got my wisdom tooth extracted today. And I want to share my experience.
I had pain and bit of swelling in the gum on my left bottom wisdom tooth which the doctor suggested extraction.

Today, Doctor suggested that its better to get both of my Teeth on left side extracted (Top and bottom) as anyway left side will be sore.

From all my friends experience, I thought that surgery is painless so I said "Yes" to doctor though I did not have ANY problem with my upper left wisdom tooth.

The surgery started, And i almost saw hell as after the sedations, I felt extreme pain and while the doctor was working on my left side, My right JAW started paining.? Why.? What was wrong here in the process.? As, All of the friends i have known who got the surgery never had to suffer so much. And considering it was painful I regret saying "Yes" for my upper tooth removal as well.

When they were working on my lower tooth, I started feeling pain again and the doctor gave me anesthetic injection again. WHY, why was it not given on the first time with right way so that it could have made it easier for me.???

After the mid surgery sedation, I still felt that some sharp pin is being inserted into my cheek and I felt like electric shock.?? How could it be so painful that I had tears from my eyes.? And they saw them.

After surgery was done I was charged $867, which I believe is too much comparing to other dentists around.

After coming home the pain started again within one hour and it was so severe, that it was hitting my left ear and eye. I could not sleep even after taking the pain killer given to me.

I was asked to put the Gauze for 1 hour after surgery, after removing I had to put 2 more as it was bleeding. And it kept on bleeding till 5PM (The surgery completed at 10AM), Why.? wasn't there some better suggestion for me to stop bleeding.?

As a layman, we don't know the technical and minute details of what is done inside our mouth during the surgery and we don't bother to know as we "trust" the doctor to give the best possible treatment with least possible discomfort.

But today, it was a very very tough day for me. All the one's i spoke to who went through the surgery in past are shocked to hear that i had to go through this much of pain and suffering,

Have been seeing Dr. Cloth for years. Hygienists are great and overall service level is extremely high. Dr. Cloth is very approachable and competent.
