Dr. Campagna is excellent and delivered my 11 lb. 13 oz. son via c-section which was a risky surgery. He is very knowledgeable and that is why I continued to go to him for many years. However, after waiting between an hour to an hour an a half at each visit just to see the doctor I have decided to look elsewhere. It is unfortunate because I believe he is the best and this is an office management issue.

The office does not send out reminders when time for annual check-ups. Went in because of a breast lump. Dr. Campagna was very cavalier, almost flippant about it and actually gave me a diagnosis instead of telling me follow up testing was in order. He was looking for ALL textbook signs of cancer and may have had the wrong spot since his description did not fit what he should have seen. Basically he was very dismissive but I did get a mammo script (only because I was overdue anyway). When I was told by the radiologist that I needed a biopsy 1) I had to contact the office myself even though they had seen the results of the mammo and sono 2) It was hard to get a call back for the referral to the surgeon. 3) She (whoever) actually kept asking me who ordered the sono and who said I needed a biopsy--if I asked for these things. While just maybe the radiologist (and later the surgeon) did because IT'S BREAST CANCER! Glad the others weren't in such a rush.

Dr. Campagna is a very skilled and very knowledgeable OB/GYN! Also very pleasant & kind and takes as much time to explain the info he presents to you as you need to understand it. I am also impressed with how much time & effort he obviously spends to stay up-to-date on all the latest research. As a surgeon, he is also top-notch! I had a very complicated, potentially risky surgery and I am extremely thankful that I had him - no complications, whatsoever...... Unfortunately, I have to concur with some of the other posters regarding the office staff. I wouldn't call them rude, but they would certainly benefit from a lesson in customer service. Ladies, please greet the patients, smile at them, be gracious if there is a problem, and for heaven's sake, DON'T act judgmental of those teenage girls who come in to see the doctor - one of those girls was my daughter and you treated her poorly....

Dr. Campagna delivered our first child by caesarian, after allowing me to try to deliver naturally (27 hours of labor--my choice). He did a beautiful job with the surgery, and I had an easy recovery, without pain medication at home. He's personable and reassuring both in his office and at the hospital. I've never had a problem getting in to see him, nor have I found his office staff anything but friendly and courteous. I recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Campagna is very professional and I felt very comfortable with him which is not easy for a women with this type of Dr. I sent my daughter to him and she is very pleased too. Not invasive and sits and listens to you. Also very gentle. Friendliness of the office staff has a little to be desired. People who don't enjoy working with all types people should not put themselves in that position. All in all a pleasant experience with the Dr which is what it is all about anyways.

The office is very unprofessional and borderline rude...not to mention you will wait a very long time to get an appointment (even if health concerns are immediate). If your appointment is not rescheduled the day of your visit, you will wait at least 45 minutes post-appointment time to actually be seen.
