The nicest doctor I have ever come across. I wish I could have him as a PCP. Excellent bedside manner. He treats you as an equal, and is very compassionate. We need more people in the world like him.

I'm not one to rate, but Dr. Carter was so compasionate and understanding that I needed to give credit. He listened and made it a point to explain what he knew and to understand where I was coming from. The ER in general is clean and efficient, but Dr. Carter went above and beyond the norm.

Dr. Carter treated me for a bloodclot. He was quick to diagnose my problem. He treated my pain quickly and very effectively. He spent as much time with me as I needed to explain my problem and answered ALL my questions. He treated me as though I was a close friend who he really cared about. No Doctor has ever treated me as an equal and not just another person in the endless parade of problems. If I needed to go back to the ER, I hope he would be there to treat me. Thank you Dr. Carter
