Dr hyper is a wonderful doctor. Knowledgeable friendly and kind. On the other hand his staff not so great. And they don't answer the phones. 99 percent of the time you get an answering .machine.

Dr. Hyler are his staff are amazing. :) No complaints whatsoever. Yes, the wait times are a little high.. but they are always sweet, upbeat, and friendly. Definitely a very personal experience, no matter if you see Mr. Hyler or his employees. Thank you guys for such a wonderful 9 months of being pregnant. Our family loves you and includes you in our prayers.

Dr. Hyler is awesome!!! He delivered my two children and is going to be delivering my third in a month.Yes you don't see him a lot in the office but his staff is great. When delivering baby he will be there! He was at O.P.M.C.when i delivered my children via c section, he talked to me about everything he was doing and when he was doing it,i was terrified but his calmness and talking threw it made me calm.He was also present post opt to make sure everything was ok. He is very friendly and happy. He didn't treat me differently because of my insurance being medicaid, he treated me the same as everyone else unlike other Dr.s that act like your second class because your on medicaid. I would highly recommend him to any one.

Dr. Hyler is amazing... His staff is very nice too. Yes the nurse practioners I've seen this pregnancy are in a bit of a rush and there are long wait periods from your appt time to brig brought to your room and then long wait time til someone comes in and sees you but you gotta understand that you are not their only patient and if they see you , feel your tummy for the baby and listen to the heartbeat and then they ask you if you have any questions or concerns and you tell them no , why do they need to stay in there? If you do ask them and they will talk to you about your issues. I've only seen Dr Hyler once this pregnancy and I'm 36 weeks but he is a very busy man. I would definatly recommend Dr Hyler to anyone that is having a baby he is so happy to deliver babys and I truly believe he enjoys his job 100%.

Well i always get in even last minute. They staff is super and they make you feel very comfie. Dr Hyler listened to me and offered solutions not theories. After being treated for infertility and trying for 6 years we are pregnant after 2 years of being a patient and 6 months of trying. I think if he misses my appointment because he is helping another woman give birth im ok with that its the nature of the role. If all babies came at 3:00 PM Monday through Friday and he missed your appointment then be upset. But babies are unpredictable and he always has someone a nurse or another practitioner to help if he can't see you himself. I think he is wonderful and we are blessed to know him. I would never switch in fact my regular doctor said he does paps and such if i wanted to see my family doc for those and save 25.00 i could and i would rather pay the 50.00 and see Dr Hyler. So no question he rocks!

Dr. Hyler is the best. He has made changes in his office that is for the better. I have known him for over 10 years and when he added a new partner I was nervous. In fact I didn't wasnt to see her, but she is equally good!!! Her name is Dr. Thirumlai and what a match made in heaven. He deserves a good right hand and she fills the spot!!!!

It's strange to me that people would complain about Dr.Hyler not being on time.....he delivers babies for a living so when it comes to delivering you're baby wouldn't you want him to be there with you!!! Dr. Hyler is one of the greatest Doctors I have ever met. This is a man who has 4 children of his own and still manages to make it to the grocery store on the way home and work full time around the clock and I know this for a fact because he was at my bedside at 4 am doing his rounds after my son was born, every baby he delivers is just as exciting for him as the last baby, I believe he truly loves his job. Just a tip for people that have a problem with the staff (you get out of things what you put into them) meaning if you have an attitude problem and you are always pissy, then how do you think people are going to respond to you?

I have had two babies by Dr. Hyler. Yes he is not always on time but he is usually out delivering a baby.I'm sure you would want him there when it's your turn. Sometimes my wait would be long sometimes short. Most of the office staff is nice a couple of them could work on that.As for not seeing the Dr. for your appointments just ask for him. If I only wanted to see him then I would voice that and made sure I had an appointment with him.My deliveries were fine and I have never had a Dr. with such great bedside manner that truly cares about his patients.

During office visits, I always waited at least an hour after my appt time. I saw the Dr only 3 times during my 40 week pregnancy. The nurse practitioners (NP) always seemed to be in a hurry and rarely had answers to my questions. The ultrasound tech was rude an unprofessional and took personal cell phone calls 2x during our appt. During delivery, I was ready to push for a long time before the dr arrived at the hospital. After delivery, I developed very painful cyst and once again was seen by the NP. She was so rough during my exam that I was in tears. I will definitely be finding a new OBGYN and would not recommend this practice!
