He performed a fix to an older cap. He is in a state of constant agitation so communication is nill, unless you're listening to one of his "plans" - rough translation - how can I get as much out of this patient as possible. When performing the final fit for my cap he was in a big hurry to get to the new patient and sell his services. The first positioning put it on backwards (yes, it's possible if you're not looking). He then properly positioned the tooth. The result was extraordinary pain. He refused to fit the tooth even though it was the result of his work. The best part, he blew up and yelled at me, but only after playing tough guy. He said that maybe he wouldn't be able to see me as a patient. I did startle him though when I said that I agreed. Another dentist saved me from this incompetence. This individual did rebate the fee for fitting the tooth ($100.) when he was consulted by the new dentist (ethics issue). Office staff is horrible. Medical support staff is great.
