He is the best and is very helpful. He dedicates you the right time you need and if you need one hour he is there helping you as well. I was treated with another psychiatrist at Dr Llonas office, a new graduated psychiatrist and he intoxicated me. I was so drugy but he gave me the correct medication and right dose I needed. He is so comprehensive and shows a great knowledge on his field.

Dr. Velazquez is good as a temporary ( short term ) solution for psychiatric treatment. If you require a long term treatment, as in my case, he will not keep up with it. He might change your medications without any reasonable explanation or forgetting about your current treatment making you start all over again with a new treatment. Does not show interest on how you feel leaving you with emptiness after the consultation. If you want to see him at a reasonable time of the day you must go to the office between 3:00-5:00AM and write your name on a list. He arrives to the office between 9:00-11:00AM and takes an average of 30-40 patients per day. As a person he migh be exceptional but as a Doctor he needs to improve many aspects. I would like to stay with a steady treatment but unfortunately I'll heve to seek for another doctor in this field.
