Dr. Jennifer Waara saved my life! After suffering with pelvic, private area, and back pain for weeks post hysterectomy, she took the time to address my concerns. My Gynocologist insisted it was part of the healing process. But I was not improving. Gyny referred me to urologist. Bladder scan was normal. Urine specimen was given, however, I asked them not to send it out for culture because Dr. Waara's office had taken a sample the day before and I did not want to pay for two tests. Three days later I received a call from Dr. Waara at 9:00 in the evening with the test results. Group B Strep - which explains much of the reason for all this discomfort! She said she would call in the antibiotic and I could start it in the morning. Next a.m. I received a call from the Urology office to say -and I quote "your urine test came back and it's perfectly normal". I was dumbfounded! All this to say, that if I had not gotten into see Dr. Waara, I would be sitting here wondering what is wrong with me, still in pain, and overwhelmed at the prospect of returning to work in this condition!!!!!!! Also, un treated I could have been facing septic blood infection and a myriad of other complications!!! So when I say this amazing Doctor saved my life - I am not exaggerating!!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Waara for 5 years. Sometimes we do have to wait....but she always takes her time with us and answers any questions we have. She is easy to talk with and knows the answers to all our questions or takes the time to find the answers. She has recommended specialists when necessary. My expectations about a doctor are all meet by Dr. Waara.

Office staff is rude, abrupt and very unhelpful. Communication is poor. I do not feel heard, instead office staff just want to argue. I will not be going back.

Dr. Waara is an exceptional professional with excellent patient services skills. She has treated my mother with nothing but the utmost of respect and worked with us on issues that were well beyond the expectation of most healthcare practitioners. She goes above and beyond.... My husband and I both see Dr. Waara. She's very pleasant and takes time with her patients. She called me with test results on her day off when it could have waited until my next appt. Overall, we're very glad we found her!!

I would have to agree with alot of these reviews it takes forever to get called, as your waiting the plants are always over watered. place is a mess floors are gross doesn't smell clean sometimes very cold in there or hot never in the middle. Once you get called you wait more, doesn't take the time to listen we actually argued about the current problem i was having and she ended up wrong.. Im getting a new doctor.

Penny her office manager is horrible, a ****y attitude and never wants to make anything easy. Dr. Waara is great but her staff sucks!
