Very impressed with this Dr. Had skin cancer removed from my chin. Dr Mamelak was helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing. There was very little scarring afterwards even though there had been a large incision. Overall very happy with Dr Mamelak.

Dr. Mamelak is awesome. But honestly, he needs to do something about that receptionist! Each time I call on the phone it's like I'm bothering her, and she's just as miserable in person.

I was very pleased with dr.Mamelak's personality and knowledge. He removed a mole on my shoulder and answered any questions I had. The procedure was fast and painless. He is also cheaper than most laser clinics with laser/botox treatments. Highly recommendable.

He is very polite and friendly. He explains things well and is very knowledgeable. His office is very busy so he does have to rush around but it does not effect his care. I trust in his ability and expertise.

I was very impressed with Dr. Mamelak as he took the time to listen to my concerns, completed a full skin scan and was pre-emptive in care with removal of questionable moles. I was impressed with the care of the procedure for removal and the overall impression that I was not to be rushed through the service like a cattle ranch. The BIGGEST downfall of the office is the receptionist. In fact not only did she yell at patients on the phone but said rude comments after hanging up lound enough for all in the waiting area to hear. When I called in to reschedule an appointment there was clear disgust in her voice and the notion that I was wasting her time. I would advise the office to train her on customer service and professionalism. Especially as some service are fee per use.

Very helpful and kind in explaining details however too great a delay in scheduling due to travel and constraints on availability in Ottawa. Delayed without scheduling prolonged, delaying treatment of (non melanoma) skin cancer.. frightening.

Great doctor. Takes the time to thoroughly exam and explain results. Doesn't leave until you fully understand what he is explaining.

I felt as though he tried to make me as comfortable and informed as possible and there is not much more you could ask from a doctor. His treatment and advice has reigned true and I was very impressed and content with this doctor's visit of mine considering it is the one thing in this world that I absolutely dread

Dr. Mamelak is a very nice and great Dr I love the way he treats his patient, He has done sculptra for me, he is very caring and very nice person. I had some swelling after the sculptra once I contacted the office he got back to me even though he was not in the office and prescribed untibiotic for me, his work is amazing I had a good result with the sculptra I recommand this Dr for every body because he does care about his patients, he made sure I have been seen by a doctore while he was a way and made sure I am fine, I will go back for another sculptra when I am ready but only to Dr Mamalek because he is amazing.
