Dr Ho is rude. Period. You can find better service and guidance somewhere else. Don't go.

I was recommended by my primary doctor to see Dr Ho for sinus congestion. When I went for my appointment however I was very disappointed. He barely spent ten minutes with me. He put a light up to each nostril and said I didn’t have polyps. Without saying another word he got up and walked out of the room! A few weeks later I found that his office had billed my insurance company for $900, for a sinus examination. Would not recommend this doctor and also informed my primary doctor of my experience.

Dr.Ho performed two thyroid surgeries and both were problem free. He is professional, knowledgeable and empathetic….just what is needed in a doctor.

The first-time meeting Dr. Ho was a great experience. I had been suffering from my sinuses for years. I thought I had the worst case of sinus problem one could ever have; my turbinates were so oversized to a point where I had no space for breathing. Surgery was my only hope, and Dr. Ho made breathing properly, possible for me again. He impressed me as a consummate professional. He is a wonderful physician and surgeon who is nice and caring. I was really satisfied with the staff's efficiency and friendliness in scheduling my visits and following up with me for any necessary clarifications. Thanks to him and his team, my surgery was completed without problems. I am grateful beyond words for my experience with a terrific surgeon and superb medical staff in a wonderful setting. My breathing and sleeping have improved dramatically, and I'm starting to feel like a new person. I can finally exclaim with joy, "I can breathe again!" Thank you again, Dr. Ho and your wonderful team!!!!!

Having the need for a full thyroidectomy Dr Bryan Ho was recommended to me. On calling Dr Ho’s office I was impressed with the efficient and cordial manner of the staff in making my appointment. On meeting Dr Ho, he clearly explained my options making it easy for me to reach a decision. Having agreed to surgery, Dr Ho had his staff arrange for additional testing, schedule my surgery and provide me with needed information all of which was done during my first appointment.

I found Dr Ho to be a caring excellent physician and surgeon and thanks to him and his staff my surgery was completed without any problems. I would not hesitate to have my family members see Dr Ho should they have the need for his services.

Dr. Ho is an exceptionally skilled surgeon. When I was diagnosed with a malignant tumor on the thyroid, he explained everything I needed to know and everything I could expect. The surgery went flawlessly and less than a month later, I have a barely visible scar. The perfection he brings to his surgeries extends to his staff. When I was concerned about a long wait, Ms. Delgado went above and beyond and within a week she'd arranged for all the pre-op appts. and the surgery. Excellence all around.

I went to this doctor as a semi-emergency because I woke up with ringing in my ear, the kind that blocks out other sounds, and it didn’t stop for hours. I left work and went completely out of my way to see someone, because I was concerned about my eardrum. When I got there he ran some tests and looked in my ear, said everything was fine but then he ended with, “maybe it’s all in your head.” I know he and Lewis have a God complex and must feed off of each other’s narcissism, I let it slide because I never had big enough problems to have to endure them more than a few times every few years, but I’m not into being patronized.

I came to Dr. Ho having nearly lost my speaking voice and with a considerable amount of throat pain. As an author that needs to promote a book per year with a tour, and a singer in my spare time, having a voice is key. He found a nodule on my vocal chords and removed it. I felt better immediately. Right after the surgery the throat pain was gone. After a few days of vocal rest (doctors orders) my voice was back! Amazing. I am so grateful and am looking forward to singing and talking books again.

Dr Ho is An Amazing Doctor. He performed ear tube surgery on my 2 year old son. My son was having constant ear infections. Now my son hears so much better he’s talking more and pronouncing words so much better. I am so thankful to him.
