Brilliant diagnostician and physician, very highly skilled. But be prepared for an attitude so brusque that it was often outright rude. Very little sympathy for pain or difficult side-effects of medications. Just get past the difficult personality and trust his judgment, Dr. Hartman's clinical skills are top-tier.
