All I can say is wow. I have been a patient of Dr. Wells for almost a decade now. I am so grateful to her and her staff. I have gum disease and if not for her I would be losing my teeth. I am grateful for her careful attention and the time she spends with me. Her staff is awesome. The people that handle her office billing were very helpful. They made a way for me to pay for my, and my families, dental care. I am disappointed with the bad comments about Dr. Wells. It takes small people to find a website where they can bash someone who is unable, by law, to defend themselves. It seems to me that if you had a real complaint that another avenue would have been taken by those "disgruntled patients". If there is any justice in the world someone will find a website to bash you where you cant defend yourself. Carma is awful. If you need a good, honest, caring dentist, Dr. Wells is the dentist for you.

I have never encountered a friendlier staff than Dr. Wells and her girls. The reviews on this page are almost painful to read. I've had plenty of dental work done by Dr. Wells I've never had any issues. I've never felt more cared for by a doctor and staff. They made me feel right at home from the very first time I walked in the door.

My Daughter recommended Dr Wells to me and I'm so glad she did I finally have a denture that I can eat with. Dr Wells took the time to make sure that my new denture fit right. My other denture never fit right and was very hard to eat with. The denture she made me look like my natural teeth. Not like the horse teeth in my old denture. I now enjoy eating foods I have not been able to eat in years. I'm very thankful to her and her wonderful staff. Thank you Dr Wells and your staff for making me smile again. MSB Clay, AL

I would like to know how many people on here have a degree in dental health? I have been a patient of Dr. Wells for over a year (along with my husband and children) and I have never felt this way at all. Dr. Wells has did my cleanings, my kids (14 and 7) and my husband. I have had crown work done along with a night guard and I can tell you that I have never felt so at ease with anyone. She is real, her staff is real. My oldest has had a tooth pulled and my youngest is having a cavity filled, neither of them is scared. She educates her patients (how many of you know ANYTHING about dentistry?) and her staff does a great job of caring about the patients. I get follow up calls and reminders about my appointments. I suggest that some people on here learn a little more before judging someone and keep in mind that it is always the "bad reviews" that you see never the good ones. I would not trade dentists for anything, she does an amazing job or else she would not still be in business!!!

I was a new patient at Dr. Wells and she tried to sale me a product that they said is for people with periodontal disease that was around 200$ and I do not have periodontal disease. All she cared about was getting money out of me from the moment I walked back there. Although her staff was all very nice, she was rude and repulsive. I also waited for over 2 hours in this little waiting room while the same annoying video about periodontal disease played over and over. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone and I will not be going back.

Before being treated by Dr.Wells and her staff I was afraid to show my own teeth. I had taught myself how to hide them with my lips when I talked or smiled. I was ashamed at the lack of care I'd put forth in taking care of my teeth. Friends and co-workers would always ask why I didn't open my mouth when smiling for pictures. It took a lot of work by Dr Wells and her incredible staff, but now I'm actually able to show my teeth again. It is a complete life changer in my eyes to be able to simply smile without being afraid.The entire staff is awesome and their work has forever changed by me. It is a huge condience boost. I had a ton of work done with Dr Wells years ago and came back about a month ago. I have never not paid my bill and I was treated like I had no money from the minute I walked in. Two of the office workers kept telling me over and over how much stuff was going to be, acting like I couldn't afford it. I was moved from room to room and had to wait over three hours to even see the Dr. I just sat there listening to people laugh and talk in the hallway. I wish I had read all of these reviews before I bothered going back there. I won't neither mistake again

They charged me for xrays on my daughter, who was not eligible for insurance coverage on them. When I called to inquire, the billing person said that they called my insurance and was told that she was eligible. Since this did'nt sound right to me, I called my insurance company and was told that they has not received any phone calls from Dr. Wells office and all calls ARE documented. I went to the office to talk to the office manager and they called the police on me cause I was upset. There was no cursing or voice raising.

I'm 21 years old and I've been going to Dr.Wells since I was 7. I will never understand why people rate her so badly. The only negative experience I've had over the years is wait time, but its understandable.I keep reading people think she and her staff are rude.Dr. Wells has never been rude to me. If anything, she's one of the nicest doctor's I've been to. I recommend her to everyone but people are always so put off by her and I'll never understand why. If these reviews are true, she must be completely different with me.
