Results of being her patient...Two broken teeth at the roots done when doing root canals that had been done 4 months prior. Replacing a perfectly good crown allowing me to bite food with one that doesn't match and has now came off 3 times in less than a month. Wearing a temporary crown on that tooth for 11 weeks as she blamed the lab making the permanent. On 5 occasions with an appointment of 1 PM or before, I left her office at 6:30 PM or later (1 time at 7:25 PM) Results of her care: 1) The two broken teeth = 2 extractions with now 2 implants. 2) removing the good crown off front tooth = 3 months + having wearing a temp, now the permanent has popped off 3 times and I may yet need another implant. She actually told me to put my crown back on myself using Fixodent and the permanent crown was for cosmetic purposes only, it can't be used for biting or brush it. I don't have space to tell all, but I now have the added expenses of another dentist re-doing the job correctly.

Went to this dentist for simple cleaning. Wound up with over $700.00 of deep gum cleaning, which was painful and very expensive. Do not fall for the inexpensive "cleanings" they advertise, because it is a ruse to much cash out of your pocket. I've never had a dentist send in the "pay enforcer" to act like the mafia to collect fees before performing services, for this is very rude and unprofessional. My anesthesia was also wearing off, because they waited an hour before starting the procedure and I insisted she give more before they touched me. Avoid this dentist at all costs.

I have been to several dentists in my lifetime and this has been by far the worst dentist that I have ever even thought about going to. They are so slow but I went in with a positive attitude. After waiting an hour in a tiny waiting room I was finally called by. I didn't see the dentist for another hour. She was very rude uncaring and inconsiderate. She told me that we had to get a plan and proceded to do over 40 xrays. I was then left again and told that she could not help me with my severe toothache. She led me in some back closed off room and gave me a prescription for ammoxicillan. I told her I had to leave because it was now 6:30pm. She pretty much called me a liar when I told her I did not drink sugar. I would never recommend this dentist. I am a young adult, I have taken care of my teeth my whole life. I have never been so upset by any other professional in my entire life. It is all about the money with her and not about the actual patient care.

They only care about getting money out of you before the work is done. Even though I had good dental insurance. Before they look in your mouth, they send in a rude person to ask you for money. The dentist isn't as nice as she claims nor some of her staff. The dental work I received I still have complications from. I would not recommend her to anyone. I wish I had read reviews before I made the mistake of trusting her practice. I will never go back, not even if she lowered her prices

My 2nd appointment was at 10AM and I walked out of there at 4:45PM - and felt like I had bought a used car. I decided to go back for routine cleaning and they used devised made for a horse - I ended up walking out and have not returned. This was more of a business venture rather than a dentist appointment. I am in the process of moving my records to another dentist. Too bad we are so far away from Montgomery. I had a great dentist there - who used top notch equipment and gas which helped ease the anxious feeling.

I really believe that Dr. Wells cares about her patients and that she is knowledgable but I was just not satisfied with her methods. She is more on the aggressive side of handling dental issues where as I am more conservative. I paid $400 for a piece of dental equipment that I really didn't need at the time. I also had to wait right at an hour after being numbed up before she began to fill my cavity. Another issue was that her office doesn't offer gas which is a must have for me. My husband and grandfather-in-law also went to her and is of the same opinion of her dental practice.
