This eye doctor facility is the worse ive ever been to. I took my daughter who has Lupus for an annual checkup and the appt was with Piper Brock. First of all, the wait time is ridiculous. We waited for almost 2 hours before we were called to the back, only to see Lee Brock(horrible) instead of his daughter. He was very rude, disregarded me answering questions that my daughter clearly couldnt answer. Went straight to trying to dialate her eyes before gaining more knowledge, was giving very sarcastic answers. I was so upset, I left the room and requested to see Piper Brock immediately. While explaining to her my experience, as expected she began to give me this whole spill about how her dad is a great person, etc which had nothing to do with how i was being treated. She then took over the exam since i guess he was frustrated with me. She apologized for any misunderstanding which there was none, just poor treatment to a new patient. I spoke to another patient who was also dissatisfied with the service. This place is hungry for money especially from patients with medicaid. Too many unnecessary test just to rack up the bill. So if you decide to go make sure you pack lunch. The entire process was 4 and a half hours. Never again

Went to the Doctor for an eye exam to get eye glasses. Doctor refused to give my prescription to me unless I paid $50.00, which is against the law. My eye exam turned into a diagnostic appointment at that time and I was told there wasn't anything he could do to help me even though he was finished with his eye exam and refused to give me my prescription unless I paid his office.

Doctors are good, most staff are fine, but the individual in charge of billing is the gold standard for obnoxious.

Worst experience at a doctor's to date. This is definitely the 'glasses mill' here in Fburg. Don't go here if you want someone to take their time to find the right prescription lenses for you.

On top of rushing through writing my prescription, he made unprofessional comments about my physical appearance and kept repeating how he "couldn't date me because I was the same age as his daughter"....?!?!

I kept having to interrupt him comparing me to his daughter to tell him of my eye medical history, which he completely ignored.

When I told the front desk how disappointed and offended I was at this man's comments, they seemed to not be surprised at all to hear my feedback. The woman said, "Hold on while I go and get him, because he NEEDS to hear this himself." Their office agreed to wave the entire cost of the visit that day to appease me.

I got a second opinion on my prescription, and the second eye doctor told me that my eye medical history was extremely important in writing the correct prescription...I thought so. The second doctor also said I was one of many many patients who came to him after having a bad experience with Dr. Lee Brock.

I gave the staff 3 stars because they were kind and apologetic.

For several years, Dr Brock has been my eye doctor. His staff has always been polite and professional. I have been extremely happy with his exams and services. He obviously knows what he is doing. I would trust my eyes to him anytime. I am a reader and an artist so that's saying a lot!

Worst eye dr I have ever been to. Ovcharges, rapes your insurance and the staff is as rude and untrained as they come. Like to rack charges for services never performed. Don't go here. I would rather go blind than to visit this hole of a practice again. Go elsewhere.

has a appt in jun 2009, had issues with my new glass perscrition, tried to see what the problem was, and they wanted to charge me to see what the promblem was, poor buisness. i will never honor him. it was his error and he wanted to charge me , i said forget it.

I went to Dr. Brock to get a check on my eyelid to rule out skin cancer and to check a new growth on my eyeball. The office waiting room is outdated and definitely needs an overhaul. He called me back to the exam room and asked me a bit about myself, then we moved on to my complaints. He never told me what was wrong with my eyes. I asked him what the yellow bump on my eyeball was and he said he didn't know maybe it was fat deposit. He tapped me on my back and told me I would be good for another ten years. He never told me what the two spots I was concerned about were, just that one was not skin cancer on eyelid. After forking out $40 for him and extremely disappointed I booked with a Dr. Hudson for the next day who told me in detail and provided me with literature as to what was wrong with my eyes. I would not recommend Dr. Brock, one of the worst drs. I have been to. His exam was nowhere near as thorough as Dr. Hudson's was.
