He has to be the worst doctor in his speciality . I had a colonoscopy in March 2020. He was an hour and half late .much like his phone appointments. I was under his care for over 3 years, but I finally gave him the boot, and thank GOD I did.
I switched a new GI and she ordered the usually along with a colonoscopy , there she saw the horror show/ Since June 2023 I have had three colonoscopy's and one more to go in three months to clean up the mess he never did in March of 2020. My colon was loaded with pollups

I have not had a problem with him.Some if you think he's rude and not nice.What do you expect when he deals with aholes all day.

I really don't understand why he was so rude. I was so excited to finally be able to get in with a doctor. It's been really hard due to covid. I thought ok I can finally have some answers and live my life. I am on the toilet everyday alot of times I can not leave until the evening. I have had numerous accidents in my pants. How embarrassing is that in the grocery store. I can't leave the house in the morning at all. My life has become completely unbeatable. I can't even go out for breakfast, road trips, pretty much nothing. When he called he called the wrong day. I didn't have all my medical files infront of me. I have had 3 surgeries, I was 145 pounds 2 years ago. I now weigh 87 I tried to tell him that. He said did I ask you that. Every time I tried to ask a question he talked to me like I was a child. Going forward I finally thought ok thank God this doctor can help me. Instead I was in non stop tears even on the phone with him. He didn't care I am in pain everyday. I felt like I did something wrong. If you don't like your job and helping people mabey you should retire.

Just completed my second colonoscopy with dr Donaldson and he did a great job as as usual. His staff on site very friendly and puts you at ease Answered any questions that I had pre-op He was doing 21 colonoscopy’s that day. Wow, keep up the good work Doc !

I have been suffering with digestive issues for almost 20 years. Dr. Donaldson made me feel like I was wasting his time and spoke in an offensive way that made me feel very uncomfortable. He told me that if all his patients had my symptoms they would be happy. I told him that I feel depressed at times due to my condition. He showed no concern for me at all. I have never been spoken to by a medical professional in such a disrespectful way in my life. How this man still has a license to practice medicine is shameful. I would never recommend him to anyone. I have neve made a complaint against anyone in my life but I could not let this experience go without saying something.

Offensive man who spoke to me as if I was either a child or an idiot. I was not allowed to ask questions at any point in the appointment, nor was I allowed to explain my situation. He made me feel patronized and stupid, second guessing if I even needed the help of a gastronoenterologist. I’m a mature woman, I’m not constantly running to doctors with complaints, so for him to make me feel this way says a lot about the type of person and doctor he is.

Dr. Donaldson and his staff have always been too notch. Great service. Very communicative and highly proactive. I feel fortunate to have been his patient for almost two decades. Doug Semple
