She took seriously that I was there because my accupuncturist suggested I had a heart problem. It turned out that I do have something to be monitored. She listens, smiles, attends and takes me very seriously, w/o seeming as if I'm all that matters to her. Very refreshing. One problem w/ the office staff is that they're terrible at taking care of paperwork to other docs, or listening to pts.
