Dr. Brown and his PA, John Shoaf, are top notch! The office staff, Misty, Donna, Kay, and Kendra are friendly and very pleasant to deal with. Dr. Brown and John are very knowledgeable and involved with their patients. Waiting times can be lengthy but face to face time is generous and one never feels rushed. I don't mind waiting because I know that when it's my turn, I will be given all the time I need. I consider myself lucky to have Dr. Brown and John Shoaf as my primary care team.
