At first I liked him BUT when he referred me to a vascular surgeon, VA contacted his office to let him know there would need to by authorization from them for vascular. Maybe he misunderstood what they were telling him, but he refused to treat me any further even though there was a valid authorization in effect for his services. This is causing unnecessary delays in getting much needed surgery on the arteries in my legs

I'm sure he knows his stuff but he was very dismissive, impersonal, and impatient, and left me feeling terrible. Does not relate well to patients.

He is surgery based and has no bedside manner. Did not touch my foot at all. Would not discuss alternative treatments. When I asked if surgery was my only alternative, he touched his lab coat where the word "podiatry" is put and says "I am a podiatrist, surgery is all I do". I do not have a severe tailor bunion and I am sure there are other methods of treatment other than surgery. Would not discuss toe separators or any other way to treat my severe callous. He did mention corrective shoes. I asked him again how I would go around to getting those. He again pointed to the word "podiatry"on his lab coat and told me that he did not work in insurance. Total waste of my time and insurance money.

My mom-in-law, who is 86 yrs old, saw Dr. Park regarding aching in the arch of her foot. He had x-rays taken. Ruled out pain from any breaks or arthritis. When we asked questions and inquired about othe possible problems, he became irritated, abrupt and rude. When I just asked him a qxuestion, he said very rudely, "I already told you that!" Left there with no real answers. Am thinking he didn't want an 86 yr old to take up too much of his precious time...(he was in & out of the room in just a few minutes.) VERY DISSATISFIED!!

Dr Park saw my father in law regarding a corn on his toe. Father in law is diabetic. Dr park told him to go to a salon and have it removed, or to wait till it splits, and come back to have his toe amputated. So we checked 4 different salons, all of which said it was illegal for them to remove a corn on a diabetic. So, I must inquire if it is simply Dr parks ignorance, or less desirable, malpractice. On a side note, he was very irritated about smelling cigarette smoke on my father in law, and was not interested in helping him there after. Regardless, the Dr should have been professional enough to simply refuse to provide service, opposed to mislead my father in law, potentially leading to a life threatening condition. Bottom line, he was unprofessional, disregards concern for others and is either dishonest, or ignorant.

I had bunion surgery on my right foot in May 2012 with Dr. Park. Immediately after surgery I noticed my first toe seemed numb, and Dr. Park told me that was due to swelling. At my August 2012 appt with Dr. Park, he told me I had a screw sticking up and that it may need to be removed, but we would take another x-ray in November and then decide. I went to that appointment, got the x-ray. Dr. Park came in and looked at the x-ray and told me the good news is that the screw has gone back into the bone. I told him I was not happy with my surgery; my toe is numb and shorter than it used to be, I feel like I am walking on the bone of my foot when barefoot, the scar is horrible, and I have been in physical therapy because my left hip is now painful due to my right foot not functioning properly since my surgery. He blamed me for my toe being shorter; stating I jammed my toe aft. surgery.

Dr. Park is a very good doctor. Explains what was going on with my feet very well, my only complaint is of the office staff. Over the phone they can be quite rude.

Went several times over the course of 6+/- months. Did CAT scan, MRI, several rounds of shots, etc. I was 27 and my foot swells like I'm 9 months pregnant EVERY SINGLE DAY. I'm young, active, etc and this has changed my life. :( He eventually stuck me with a pair of inserts for my shoes and called it good. I NEVER EVER take my shoes off (I'm a girl and I would love to wear flippies or something cute every now and then), and there is STILL SWELLING! I give him an A for effort and I thought he was very nice, but unfortunately 2 years later I'm still having the same problems and I don't have money to see someone else.
